How do I return an item?

RETURN POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: Do to the custom nature of each order all sales are FINAL we DO NOT Issue refunds of any kind. If you have a color issue, We will be happy to exchange any item for another color of the same or to a different item of the same value if you pay shipping charges and Restock fee for returned items. All exchanges must be completed within 14 days of purchase.

All returned items must be sent in the same condition they are delivered in (IE 100% Resale Condition) to be exchanged

If you receive a damaged item :
Do to changes with USPS Claims system YOU will need to file an online Claim at www.USPS.com. When there Click on help then File a Claim Tab and follow the prompts. YOU WILL NEED 3 Good Photos of the damaged Item 1 of the box and 1 of the shipping label. Use our shipping address and name on the return label. Put 0 in the box for amount paid for insurance if your order is under $200. If over $200 Put $200. DO NOT THROW THE BOX OR CONTETENTS AWAY! You will need to present them to your local Post office! THIS THE REASON WE CAN NOT FILE THESE CLAIMS FOR YOU ANY MORE. SO please don’t get mad at us we just have to follow the same Rules they have given everyone

We Are not responsible for Installation errors or Miss installation of any item. Installation is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and is done at his or her own risk. We will be happy to sell you additional items to fix any mistakes that may happen. Some Examples of Mistakes are: to much soap in the water causing item not to stick properly, Creasing an item or getting an items backing paper wet causing it to stick to the paper are just some examples of things not covered.
